2018 began with a moody traditional wedding that took place at the Ebell in Long Beach. The wedding was planned and designed by the Natalie Good from A Good Affair. The wedding’s reception featured floral bridges that overflowed with Eucalyptus leaves as pops of pink roses, white roses and hydrangeas decorated the design. The guest tables also featured a combination of tall and short centerpieces as tables were illuminated by candles.

In April we were able to assist in transforming Malibu Rocky Oaks into a bride’s dream romantic wedding. The event was planned by the lovely team at Stylish Details. The reception tables included golden candelabras that were adorned with pastel pink roses, white roses and hydrangeas. To incorporate more flowers into the reception, short centerpieces were created full of pink and white roses.

Next, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Cortney Helaine on a vibrant wedding at Rancho Las Lomas. The bride wore a vibrant traditional South Asian wedding dress, while a white floral bouquet completed her look. The bride’s bouquet featured Astilbe, Juliet Roses, Snapdragons and a large Protea. Meanwhile, the ceremony arch featured Italian Ruscus Greenery that was decorated with vibrant flowers that complimented the bride’s dress and Proteas to match her bouquet.

In June we partnered up with Sophie Mae from Stylish Details again to create the iconic Palm Springs Styled Shoot. The shoot took place at The Pond Estate where the desert and mountains served as the backdrop. Inspired by the natural desert non-traditional flowers were used like pampas grass, toffee-toned roses, preserved and bleached umbrella fern, smokebush, protea, and anthurium with accents of Spanish moss.

Summer weddings also included an oceanside wedding that took place at the Portofino Hotel. Designed by Nicole George Events, the event featured earth tones including toffee colored and blushing pink roses as well as white Astilbe. Flowers were accentuated with greenery including fern leaves and Italian Ruscus that could be seen in the ceremonies arch. The arch had an asymmetric design and created the perfect romantic style for a wedding ceremony.
